Amara View CPAP Mask | FullFace Mask from Philips Respironics

The innovative and unique design of the mask cushion with the seal already under the nose prevents pressure points as well as discomfort or irritation on the bridge of the nose and allows the patient the largest possible field of vision with high stability.

The Amara View was developed according to the wishes from the user's point of view:

• It is smaller and lighter than traditional FullFace masks, reducing the likelihood that it will interfere with your sleep
• The one "click" attachment of the mask cushion gives you peace of mind that the mask is properly assembled
• Only a few individual parts allow you to clean the Amara View quickly and easily

Contraindication:

Use of the mask is contraindicated for patients, as well as household members, caregivers, and bed partners who are in close proximity to patients using the mask if the patients themselves or any of the above groups of individuals have implanted devices that may be affected by magnets, including but not limited to:

• Pacemakers
• Implantable cardioverter/defibrillators (ICD)
• Neurostimulators
• Magnetic metallic implants / electrodes / heart valves in the upper extremities, upper body or higher (i.e., head and neck region)
• Shunts for cerebrospinal fluid (e.g., ventriculo-peritoneal shunts)
• Aneurysm clips
• Embolic coils
• Products for the treatment of intracranial aneurysms and intravascular blood flow disturbances
• Metallic cranial plates, screws, burr hole covers and bone graft substitute products
• Metal splinters in the eye
• Ocular implants (e.g., glaucoma implants, retinal implants)
• Certain contact lenses with metal
• Implants for hearing or balance restoration with implanted magnet (e.g., cochlear implants, bone conduction hearing aids, and auditory brainstem
• implants)
• Magnet attachments for dental prostheses
• Metallic clips in the gastrointestinal tract
• Metallic stents (e.g., aneurysm, coronary artery, tracheobronchial, biliary stent)
• Implantable ports and pumps (e.g., insulin pumps)
• Hypoglossal stimulators
• Devices labeled as "MR unsafe" (magnetic resonance imaging)
• Magnetic metallic implants that do not have MR labeling, or have not been tested for safety in magnetic fields.

Warning:

The mask contains magnets with a magnetic field strength of 400 mT. Ensure that the mask is at least 15.24 cm away from medical implants or medical devices (except those mentioned in the contraindication) that may be affected by the magnetic fields to prevent possible effects
by local magnetic fields. This also applies to household members, caregivers and bed partners who are in the immediate vicinity of patients using the mask.
